Dastak (“the Food App”) is owned and operated by Dastak Delivery (PVT) LTD . This policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, explain how Dastak Delivery (PVT) LTD may use information we collect about you, as well as your rights over any personal information we hold about you. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle any information that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our Platform.
Information we collect about you
When you use our app, we collect and store your personal information provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our App to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.
Once you sign in into our app, you are not anonymous to us and the information provided by you at the time of signing in will be stored with us. We collect personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, etc.) from you when you set up an account with us by signing up. While you can see some sections of our app without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order) do require registration. If you choose to buy on the app, we collect information about your buying behavior. We do use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests. If you choose to leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our App. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. - visit the App, and other screens accessible from the App
- register with us and buy products or services on the App

We may supplement the information we collect about you with information we receive from other sources e.g. public registers such as the electoral roll. This allows us to assess the accuracy of the information we hold about you in order to send you relevant offers and information.
What do we do with your information

- To send you marketing, advertising, and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you, including information about Shipt, our services, or general promotions for partner campaigns and services;
- To administer referral programs, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by Shipt or our Third-Party business partners.

By registering on our app, you agree that, we may contact you:
- with offers and information about Dastak Delivery (PVT) LTD products or services
- with offers and information about partners’ products or services
- for customer research e.g. to help improve our services
Third-party services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

By using the App and/ or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Website in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this privacy policy.
